Young Writers Awards
You can compete for the Writers Awards when you are even a bit
younger.
All Secondary School students between 12 and 20 years of age can
participate. Also in this contest you will have to be picked out
by your own school. Only the chances are a bit bigger in this contest,
because your school can now sign in up to 6 students. Unlike in
the Public Speaking Awards, you can go straight for the national
victory. There are no regional finals!
All texts are judged by a professional jury. This jury selects 6
texts that will be nominated for the national finals at the Peace
Palace in The Hague.
